Frequently Asked Questions

MOQ, sampling, payment, lead times, shipping and quality - the practical answers buyers ask us before placing a custom decal order.

Ordering & Sampling

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For decal sheets and paper products the MOQ starts from 100 sheets per design. Custom water slide, ceramic and model decals are quoted per project, because the practical minimum depends on decal size, colours and sheet layout. Sampling of 10-20 pieces is available before you commit to volume.

How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?

Sampling takes 5-7 working days. The sampling fee depends on the complexity of your design and is confirmed before we start. The fee is 50% credited back when you place an order of 1,000 sheets, and 100% credited on orders of 2,000 sheets or more. Courier charges for delivering samples are borne by the customer.

What artwork files do you need for a quote?

Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) are preferred because they separate cleanly for spot colour printing. High-resolution PSD files are also accepted. If you only have a sketch or a photo of a reference, our team can advise on what is needed to make it print-ready.

Payment

Which payment methods and terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer) and PayPal. Orders are paid in advance: production is scheduled once payment is confirmed. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Standard production lead time is 7-15 working days after sample approval and payment confirmation, depending on quantity and process (screen, offset or digital). If you have a deadline, tell us at the quotation stage and we will confirm what is achievable before you order.

How do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx or UPS (3-7 days), by air freight on DDP terms (10-20 days) and by sea (20-35 days). We support EXW, FOB, DDU and DDP trade terms, so you can choose how much of the logistics you want us to handle.

Quality & Compliance

How do you control colour accuracy?

Colours are matched to your Pantone references as spot colours. Because ceramic pigments shift during firing, matching is always agreed against a specific firing range and confirmed on a physical sample before production.

What happens if there is a quality problem?

Inspect the goods on arrival and report any quality issue within 14 days of receipt, with photos of the affected items. Confirmed defects are resolved by reprint or refund for the affected quantity.

Are your decals compliant for food-contact products?

For ceramic and glass decoration we supply lead-free and cadmium-free pigment systems that can meet FDA, EU 84/500/EEC, ISO 6486 and LFGB requirements. Tell us your target market at the quoting stage so we specify the compliant material system from the start.

Confidentiality

Is my artwork and brand kept confidential?

Yes. Your artwork is used only to produce your order. We do not share your files, sell your designs, or use your branding in our marketing without written permission, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you send files.
