Clear base or white base - we print both

Choosing the right base is the single biggest factor in how your decals look on the finished product:

• Clear (transparent) base for white or light-colored surfaces - the film virtually disappears and only your artwork shows.
• White opaque base for colored, black or transparent surfaces - a white underprint keeps colors vivid and true.
• Spot white can be printed behind selected elements only, so one sheet can combine white-backed and clear-backed decals.

The ultra-thin carrier film conforms to curves, recessed panel lines and compound shapes, then disappears under clear coat for a painted-on, professional finish.

Materials, inks and compliance

Decals are printed on premium waterslide film with CMYK plus spot white and optional varnish or specialty effects. RoHS- and EN71-compliant ink options are available for toys, kids' products and markets that require documentation. We support gloss and matte finishes, custom die-cut sheets, individual logo cuts and full-wrap designs.

1. Quote within 24 hours - send artwork, sheet size, quantities and target surface.
2. Free prepress review - our team checks dimensions, resolution, registration and white areas.
3. Digital proof and physical sample - samples typically take 5-7 days, and samples are confirmed before mass production.
4. Production - most bulk runs ship in 7-15 days depending on process and quantity; digital printing supports fast short runs, while offset printing gives the sharpest unit price at volume.
5. Export shipping - experienced with courier, air and sea freight documentation worldwide.
